At Ethnics by Abi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

• A parcel opening video is mandatory for all damage claims.

• The package must be opened and the product inspected in one continuous live video without any cuts or edits.

• The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.

Reporting Damages

If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 6374922955.

Claims made after the day of delivery may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The original price tag and packaging must be intact.

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.

• Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping Charges

Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
