• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During festive seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

• Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
• South India: 3–6 business days
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Free shipping offers may be available during special promotions or on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect shipping address or contact number is provided:

• Delivery delays may occur.
• Additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Ethnics by Abi is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Public holidays or strikes
• Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.

Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel:

• Record a parcel opening video without any cuts or edits.
• Contact us on the same day of delivery.
• Share the video via WhatsApp for verification.

Claims submitted without a parcel opening video may not be eligible for a return or refund.
